Note, this looks like the dead alien found dead in Russian snow last week.

Report from the witness, Civil Engineer Germán Pereira:

I'm from Concepción and have been working in Santiago for little over a a year. On May 10 this year I decided to take some photos at Parque Forestal, taking some 10 shots which I downloaded to my PC the following day .

I thought it would be interesting to photograph a group of Carabineros (state police) on horseback patrolling the sector. The photo was taken at 17:40 hrs approximately from the corner of JM de la Barra and Av. Cardenal José María Caro, in front of bellas Bellas Artes and looking east.

It was a cloudy day and the sun was hidden, for which reason my digital camera ( Kodak DX6490) adjusted to low speed (1/10 seg.).
This is the reason why the photo shows motion (those knowledegable about photography will know the reason why)Furthermore, the Carabineros were som 20 meters distant, and I employed the camera's optical zoom (10x) which added to the blurred result.

The fact is that I am very impressed by this image. I attest to the fact that it is not a fraud nor anything similar. For this reason I have made it public and I contacted the staff of CIFAE Chile. I would like to know the true nature of the image that appears in it and if anyone has ever caught anything similar in a photo. Nothing more.

President Ronald Reagan’s Two UFO Sightings.

Reagan’s first UFO sighting was made public by Steve Allen on his WNEW-AM radio show in New York. Allen said that a well-known personality in the entertainment area had secretly revealed to him a UFO story that happened many years earlier. As the story had already been spread around the rumor mills, here was no doubt that the Steve Allan who was the host, was referring to Ronald Reagan and his wife Nancy. What was all the excitement about? Well, Ronald Reagan and Nancy were suppose to attend a casual dinner party with friends in Hollywood. All the guests had arrived except the Reagan’s. They finally did arrive thirty minutes late and very disturbed by something. Ronald Reagan and Nancy nervously explained to the guest, “that they had seen a UFO coming down the coast.”

Lucille Ball who was at the event and overheard the Reagan’s explanation wrote a book called, “Lucy in the Afternoon.” In the book she describes the event and says, “After he was elected president, I kept thinking about that event, and wondered if he still would have won if he told everyone that he saw a flying saucer.”

The second UFO sighting that Ronald Reagan had happened in 1974, while he was still Governor. Just one week after witnessing the sighting, he told the story to Norman C. Miller who was the Washington Bureau chief for the Wall Street Journal, latter was the editor of the Los Angeles Times. Reagan stated to him:

“I was in a plane last week when I looked out the window and saw this white light. It was zigzagging around. I went up to the pilot and said, ‘Have you seen anything like that before?’ He was shocked and said, ‘Nope.” And I said to him, ‘Let’s follow it!’ We followed it for several minutes. It was a bright white light. We followed it to Bakersfield, and all of a sudden to our utter amazement, it went straight up into the heavens. When we got off the plane, I told Nancy all about it”

The pilot of Reagan’s plane at the time was Bill Paynter, and he backed up Reagan’s version of the UFO sighting. He stated:

“I was the pilot of the plane when we saw the UFO. Also, on board were Governor Reagan and a couple of his security people. We were flying a Cessna Citation. It was maybe nine or ten o’clock at night. We were near Bakersfield when Governor Reagan and the others called my attention to a big light flying a bit behind the plane. It appeared to be several hundred yards away. It was a fairly steady light until it began to accelerate, then it appeared to elongate. The light took off. It went up at a 45-degree angle, at a high rate of speed. Everyone on the plane was surprised. Governor Reagan expressed amazement. I told the others I didn’t know what it was. The UFO went from a normal cruise speed to a fantastic speed instantly. If you give an airplane power, it will accelerate, but not like a hotrod, and that is what this was like. We didn’t file a report on the object because for a long time they considered you a nut if you saw a UFO.”

Paynter said that it didn’t end there. He said that he and Reagan talked about their UFO sighting every once in a while, years after the sighting occurred.

At President Ronald Reagan’s speech read before the United Nations, he stated this: “Perhaps we need some outside universal threat, to make us recognize this common bound. I occasionally think about how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish, if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. Any yet I ask you, is not an alien force already among us?”
